In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pe999" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at pe999.bet, including all sub-pages, services, products, and associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pe999 platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's pe999 Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where separately indicated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins converted to credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account in accordance with the pe999 promotions terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required by pe999 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain Account features.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all pe999 transactions are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible pe999 games before that Bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to pe999 is restricted by applicable law or by pe999 policy, as updated from time to time.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing pe999 and/or registering an Account, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the pe999 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the pe999 platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and pe999.

pe999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pe999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the pe999 platform. Continued use of pe999 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

To register and maintain an Account on pe999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pe999 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing pe999 from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had a pe999 Account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on pe999 or any affiliated platform.
• The funds you deposit on pe999 are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

pe999 permits one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Where pe999 identifies multiple Accounts attributed to the same individual, pe999 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus play on duplicate Accounts.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pe999 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your pe999 Login details with any other person under any circumstances.

pe999 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts, which is available via the Account Security settings following pe999 Login. pe999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your pe999 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pe999 support immediately.

pe999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, following a significant change in Account activity, or at any time pe999 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pe999 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account restrictions.

All financial transactions on pe999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pe999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and selected Cryptocurrency networks. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at pe999's discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your pe999 Balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected. pe999 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pe999 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests on pe999 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• pe999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the pe999 cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and applicable verification requirements.
• pe999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed published thresholds or that are flagged by pe999's fraud detection systems.

pe999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions during PSL and international series. All pe999 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification on pe999.
• Each bonus promotion specifies its own Wagering Requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page within pe999.
• pe999 Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money funds are wagered first by default unless pe999's platform settings specify otherwise.
• Where a bonus is credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means, pe999 reserves the right to reclaim that bonus and any associated winnings from your Account Balance.
• pe999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. pe999 will provide reasonable notice where material changes affect ongoing promotions in which Players have active Wagering Requirements.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting on pe999, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the associated Bonus and any winnings.

By placing a wager on pe999, you acknowledge and accept that all bets are final once confirmed. pe999 does not accept liability for bets placed in error by Players, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selections, or bets placed on the wrong market. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming a wager on pe999.

All pe999 casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for pe999 slots and table games are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

For pe999 sports betting markets, including all cricket betting markets covering PSL, Test matches, T20 Internationals, and other events, the following rules apply:

• All cricket and sports bets on pe999 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a disputed result, pe999 reserves the right to suspend settlement pending official confirmation.
• In-play betting markets on pe999 may be suspended during significant match events. pe999 accepts no liability for bets placed immediately prior to a suspension where the outcome was determined before the bet was confirmed.
• pe999 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in full.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all pe999 sports betting markets and are published in the pe999 sportsbook terms. Winnings exceeding published limits will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pe999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one pe999 Account, or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with pe999 games or sports betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in pe999 games or the pe999 platform to generate winnings. Any winnings arising from a verifiable technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players on pe999, including sharing hands in live poker or coordinating bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Depositing funds on pe999 using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent cards, or accounts belonging to third parties.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks against pe999 transactions with your bank or payment provider. pe999 will contest all chargebacks that relate to legitimate transactions and may take further action to recover funds.
• Accessing pe999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of concealing your actual geographic location.
• Engaging in any conduct that pe999 reasonably determines constitutes match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption in relation to any sports event offered on pe999's sportsbook.

pe999 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani Players. Gambling on pe999 is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. pe999 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and pe999 has built a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools directly into every Account.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pe999 Players free of charge and accessible via the Account settings following pe999 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your pe999 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pe999 to display a notification after a specified period of continuous gameplay, reminding you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your pe999 Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you may not deposit, place wagers, or claim bonuses on pe999.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion, via pe999 support. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay sessions that display your net gaming position and session duration on pe999.

pe999 does not offer credit facilities to Players. pe999 will never encourage a Player to continue gambling after they have indicated a wish to stop or to chase losses. pe999 trains its support staff to identify and appropriately respond to indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

All content on the pe999 platform, including but not limited to the pe999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, sound recordings, and other multimedia content, is the exclusive intellectual property of pe999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pe999 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pe999 content without the prior written consent of pe999.

Any unauthorised use of pe999's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pe999's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the pe999 platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by you to your pe999 Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pe999 expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the pe999 platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyberattacks, network failures, or any circumstances beyond pe999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your pe999 Login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the pe999 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pe999's liability for death or personal injury caused by pe999's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pe999 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the pe999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the complete agreement between you and pe999. By registering an Account on pe999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pe999 collects personal data necessary for the operation of your Account, including identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (where you have provided consent), and regulatory compliance purposes. pe999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the pe999 platform.

pe999 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where pe999 makes material changes to these Terms, pe999 will notify registered Players by sending a notification to the email address associated with their pe999 Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pe999 platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the pe999 platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of pe999 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using pe999 immediately and request Account closure via pe999 support. Any outstanding real-money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following KYC clearance.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pe999 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and pe999 arising from your use of the pe999 platform, pe999 encourages you to first contact pe999 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pe999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. pe999's support team can be reached at any time via the contact details provided in Section 15 below.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of you first notifying pe999 of the dispute in writing, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as nominated by pe999 at the time of the dispute. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding these Terms and Conditions, your pe999 Account, or the pe999 platform generally, pe999's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. pe999 is committed to responding to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. pe999 recommends that all Players review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of their rights and obligations under the current version of this Agreement.
